Would a 15mg tablet of mirtazapine/remeron work same way as cutting half a 30mg tablet? might be silly question but wonder if there's an actual difference. e.g. i heard 15mg tab is more sedating. what about half of 30mg tab? thanks in advance.

Cutting: I don't think the cutting the pill in half would be any different from taking a smaller dose

Dont think so: Sounds like you are having exactly the same dose as 1/2 of 30mg = 15mg so same dose would likely have same effects. For specific advice you could ask a pharmacist or doctor licensed in your area.
