Similar efficacy: Most of the antidepressants indicated for panic disorder are SSRI's which have roughly similar efficacy. Remeron is a NASSA with slightly different mode of action. SNRI's like Venlafaxine are also available which can be useful. Maybe a dose increase via your doctor for your ongoing Meds might be beneficial.
