See your dr.: If you are having racing thoughts when you take Remeron, (mirtazapine) then you need to be reevaluated for bipolar depresson. Sometimes anxiety can cause racing thoughts as well. You should see your treating physician and report the response you have to your med. Don't use illicit drugs like meth, b/c they can cause similar symptoms.
