Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Why was the test done? Do you have any symptoms? What was your hemoglobin? Ask you doctor if you could have Gilbert disease, which is harmless.

Low carb/low sugar diet for many years. Very fit, active& not overweight. 2 consecutive morning blood tests showed mildly elevated fasting glucose (101 & 102), but non-fasted glucose is lower somehow & A1C is great (4.4%). Concerning for prediabetes?
