Ultrasound stomach: Your antrum and pyloric region is thickened. Many causes. I would ask the Dr who ordered the test. Or lets do 2nd opinion so I can better opine.

Diagnosiss eith duodenogastric bile reflux. Unknown cause. Ultrasound shows minimal fluid around gallbladder. Otherwise normal. HIDA scan shows large amount of bile in stomach. Otherwise normal. Would removing gallbladder help or make worse?
