It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A follow up will be needed with your doc or the doc who coordinated the initial imaging studies. While many times pain is musculoskeletal, some other times is functional and is commonly suggested as such by its pattern, so keeping a log of your symptoms will help your doc further conduct the workup.
