Needs evaluation: Headaches that occur constantly and present only on one side could be due to a migraines. If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. However there are other sinister causes of such headaches therefore you need to see your doctor and possibly get a CT scan done to rule out other worrying causes

Sounds like: a pinched nerve in your upper neck (cervical) vertebrae (C1-C2) Ask your PCP to investigate.. BTW Try sleeping WITHOUT PILLOWS for a few eeks ..see if those pains/headaches go away! Hope this helps! Dr Z
