Pain: Please see your doctor. This is not a typical presentation. Could be ear problem, nerve problem, throat infection, dental problem, other... It is unclear how long this has been bothering you, but an in-person evaluation would be helpful.

Muscular Issue: From the symptoms you are describing this is a muscular issues. Many muscles involved in coordinating and allowing swallowing to occur. Best bet is to see ENT specialist for evaluation. Best of luck with this. Dr R
