: Sharp,fleeting pains can occur with neuralgia and are due to irritability of superficial scalp nerves. They do not emanate from inside the cranial cavity, are more of a nuisance than any thing seriousness ahd they can come and go. If you still have concerns, consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.
