Trouble sleeping: Perhaps the medicine is too strong if you have narcolepsy and you have not slept in three days. What does 1ce mean? Normally provigil is a weak-acting medicine for narcolepsy. Be certain that a special day-time sleep study was used to make the diagnosis. You may find the medicine is too strong because the diagnosis is incorrect. Just a thought.
