Let your MD know: You need to notify your MD now or his/her alternate designate if away. It is not uncommon in the 2nd or 3rd trimester to have the 90/50 BP as peripheral resistance drops in pregnancy lowering the BP. However, this early in your pregnancy is a concern especially if you are having any pelvic or abdominal pains as internal bleeding from a leaking ectopic pregnancy is possible.

Symptoms? Meds?: Blood-pressure in this range is usually normal in young, slender women. You can probably wait for your doctor to return unless you are on blood-pressure medication or are having symptoms of low blood-pressure such as dizzyness. light-headedness, fainting, etc. Aspirin shouldn't affect your blood pressure much. Best wishes!
