Hi went to c doc she said i shud start aspirin once the heart beat is seen on u/s i m 4 weeks pregnant and k/c of jra.what shud i do?shud i wait or start it

Listen to your doc: A history of jra by itself is not an indication for Aspirin use in pregnancy but there can be issues with blood clotting that require its use. Since lab results are not available to this forum, listen to your doctor but ask him/her to explain why the Aspirin is needed.
