Have evaluation: The combination of clopidogrel and Aspirin means you are being protected by your md very carefully. The risk of heart attack is the problem, they don't increase the risk but rather increase the risk of bleeding. If you still have pain, it could be due to your disease and has to be evaluated as further step of management may be taken.
