Non uniform growth: A disordered proliferative phase endometrium indicates that the lining of the uterus (endometrium) is not growing in response to estrogen in a uniform way. It can cause an endometrial polyp from estrogen "overgrowth" and it is difficult to conceive until the problems are rectified.
