2015 i fell hit my head in the edge of the wall, i had a lump the size of a baseball. years later i feel a lump in the exact same area now it hurts.

Please seek help: It is difficult to comment without having look at this swelling. If you haven't injured yourself again, this swelling could mean an abscess or a cyst. Please visit your GP for an examination and further investigation as it is abnormal to have such large knots appearing suddenly.

See below: It's common to have residual scar tissue that you can feel years after that type of injury. See your physician if you are having worsening pain.
