Habits: These are addictions for many that are difficult to break. Some can do it on their own, and some need help with cognitive therapy, support groups. As for smoking, there are nicotine patches and gum that can help and these are without prescription and worth trying first. Then there is Chantix which is prescription and not without side effects, but helpful. Good luck!
