Not necessary: You do not need to go through "cleanse", just change your diet to fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Exercise 30 minutes each day.
