Not usually: Infected tonsil(s) is usually associated with throat pain, fever, difficulty/pain swallowing, and perhaps ear pain. Please make an appointment to see your doctor to find why you are experiencing the symptoms you described.

Unlikely: Still, not impossible.Should be evaluated re:stone/infection, though, as throat cellulitis could cause these symptoms.More likely, is muscular, vertebral, &/or even upper rib dysf which is causing pain & restriction with a sense of swelling in the affected region(s).Regardless of cause, a good osteopathic physician should be consulted as, unlike md, he is qualified to find & treat all poss. Causes.
