Hello, i've had these following symptoms for the past 4 days: fever, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, a cold sore on the left side of my mouth?

Infection: sounds like an upper respiratory infection. The cold sore is a viral infection but your swollen nodes and sore throat and fever may be a bacterial infection such as strep. Go see a doctor.
