If my babies have had their first set of vaccines, can they be around babies who have not?

YES: Vaccine status of baby would not put vaccinated or unvaccinated baby at risk. Unvaccinated individuals technically put anyone they are around at increased risk, thus school vaccine requirements. Risk to vaccinated child during infant yrs is very low.
