I have hardened plaque in my mouth. i've tried to remove it by brushing but it does not help. what should i do ?

See a dentist: or dental therapist. It must be professionally removed. Once soft plaque is left long enough to start to harden or calcify (about 12-24 hours depending on saliva chemistry) it is not possible to remove it bt simply brushing.
