Yuck mouth: Regular brushing and flossing is a good place to start. If you have not been to a dentist in a while sounds like it is time. A proper cleaning by a dental hygienist could give them a serious cleaning.

See a dentist: Hardened plaque is called calculus. This needs to be removed professionally using special instruments. Calculus is teeming with bacteria and if left on you teeth, it can eventually result in periodontal disease. Please call for an appointment.

Tarter: What Dentist's call calculus. Seems you're overdue for a professional cleaning. Please make an examination/cleaning appointment with a Dentist. You can't remove the calculus by yourself, and as we "speak" it's irreparably damaging your gums/bone. Please call a Dentist for help.

Prof. cleaning: When was the last time you had a professional cleaning by the dentist or hygienist? This should be the start of a healthier oral outlook.
