A minute: Your mouth is full of bacteria. As soon as you brush and floss, new colonies are forming. Just brush and floss correctly twice a day, eat a healthy diet, and visit your dentist twice a year for a professional cleaning and exam... chances are your dental issues will be kept at a minimum. Avoid trying to micromanage mother nature.

Dental Health: Most plaque hardens within a few hours of forming on your teeth, and within several days it will become so hard that it is almost impossible to remove. This hard substance is tartar and the only way to remove it is to see your dentist. Brushing and flossing twice daily and eating a healthy low carb diet and visiting a dentist twice yearly will keep your teeth healthy.
