My whole family has green spots on the bottom of our feet, looks like dots from a green felt pen. kinda rubs off with enough scrubbing but comes back?

Likely Fungal: Most likely cause is a fungal infection. Unless you are all walking on same carpet with coloring that is staining your feet. You can try lamasil and anti fungal powder or spray for shoes. Wear 100% cotton socks and keep feet & toes clean / dry. If no improvement, see your clinician or a podiatrist.
