Doctor can examine: Rashes are hard to visualize in words. Spots might be bug bites. If they keep increasing in number, then they might be hives, which is an allergic reaction. Red circles with a paler center can be a more serious type of hives. Some people feel more itch than other people do. Blood spots (tiny, medium, or big) may be serious disorders. For initial advice on a rash, a video consultation may suffice.
