Dermatitis: Any rash on your body needs evaluation if it does not resolve after a few days. Red spots on the bottom of the foot (plantar surface) could be simple athlete's foot. Treatment with over the counter athlete's foot cream should help within a week or two. If not, you should consult your podiatrist or dermatologist for evaluation and treatment if necessary.
