Get treated: This is a common problem. The vaginal discharge and other symptoms (especially odor) are similar for BV and trichomonas. Trich is a very sneaky STD: it can show up months or even years after catching it. The important thing now is for you to be treated, and foryour partner to be treated for trich as well, even if he has no symptoms. Otherwise you will be reinfected when you resume sex with him.
