Possibly: Trichomonas is sexually transmitted and can be transmitted from a man to a woman. However, men are asymptomatic. You or another person may have given it to her but its not easy to test. have a conversation with your partner. Both of you should get tested for other stds as well and treated as needed. best wishes Dr M
