Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?

I have had the same thick period blood for 4 years. 4 years ago I had clear pelvic ultrasound and I had another clear ultrasound last month. If this was endometrial cancer, would it be visible in the ultrasound within 4 years?? Normal pap?
