Gas pockets: can tend to accumulate in these places, called hepatic and splenic flexure. Make sure to keep very regular, and possibly it will not be as bothersome. Here's a trick: if the pain disappears or moves when you stand on your head, that's a pretty good sign that it's gas and not something serious.
