Fall: Not sure what he injured, but if his head watch for any unusual behaviour, persistent vomiting or pain. If concerned about extremities look for any swelling or pain or decreased use. Have him seen for any concerns. All the best.

Several cues: The kid who is not knocked out, disoriented or confused @ the time of the injury is probably fine. Confusion or repeated episodes of vomiting in the hours after trauma deserve a look over by the dr.Kids under 8 can be allowed to nap on their regular schedule, with you checking in on occasion.They wake up and barf with a change of status.Any change in personality deserves a visit.
