I have about 20 tiny 'bites?' on inner elbow. not itchy but red,sore,burning. they have 'burst' with some opening i have not scratched then at all but it looks like i have.what are these? i used a steroid cream it eases pain temporarily. help?

Skin issues generally require a direct exam to explore location, size, texture and other factors that allow diagnosis. If they are bites, the only way to know what bit you would be to catch the bug in the act. Steroid cream is a good initial treatment for most skin irritation. If this continues consult your doc. Detailed photos would aid the diagnosis but this site does not allow us to see uploads
