See a,doctor: While it may just be a,local inflammatory reaction.to.the bite, superimposed bacterial infection should be ruled out..Have a docyor look at it.

Bite: This bite has characteristics of both a local allergic reaction and inflammation/infection and will need to be treated with antihistamines and, most likely, antibiotics. I recommend that he be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment.
