Wrong antibiotic?: You must not try to treat this yourself. First, not all antibiotics are effective; it depends on the particular bacteria causing the UTI. Second, there are causes of painful urination other than UTI, especially STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Don't take any more antibiotic and see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!

UTI?: It might be a UTI and the antibiotics you took may not be effective or need a longer duration or...it could be something else. Kidney stones, STD, Rash, vaginal thrush to name a few. Would need to checked out.
