The answer to: this is too variable....suffices to say the TREATMENT is a total hip arthroplasty ( HIP REPLACEMENT) which is now becoming pretty routine at least in the US. I would assume it is also routine in Germany! NO ONE SHOULD have to suffer from this disorder! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
