No: Anemia does not cause your feet to turn purple. That is a circulation issue. Speak to your GP next time you see him about it. If you have dizziness when standing, shortness of breath or chest pain see a doctor right away.

Cause of anemia: Having low Hb is probably due to some other problem in your system and that might be causing the coloration of the feet. Do you know what is causing the anaemia?

Evaluation: You should see your doctor to be evaluated and have blood test {CBC ,retic count ,Combs, iron, Hb electorophoresis, Vitamin B12 and moer test to find the cause so be treated.
