Blatter be bladder?: Presumably you mean 'bladder'. There is a gall bladder in the right upper abdomen, which secretes juices to help digest fats. I suspect you mean the 'urinary bladder', which is where the urine collects from the kidneys and the contracts and urine flows out of the body though the urethra.The most common problem is an infection called 'cystitis', which can simply be treated with antibiotic.
