I have sweating problems which leaves a real bad odour on all clothes even after washing. can you please give advise?

Antiperspirant?Deoderant?I've found those antibacterial gels with aloe help the body de-stink -and prevent it too! And you can use antiperspirant in area other than your armpits.There are medications but they have side effects
