Before you do: call the doctor that prescribed and let them know you are having side effects and want to stop. In general, 25mg is a low dose so no harm in stopping but again, do not take my word for it, call the doctor that prescribed it.

Likely OK: In general it takes being on a medicine longer than a week to develop problems if you stop it all of a sudden. If you've only been on a medicine for a few days it shouldn't be a problem to stop it. You should consult your doctor before stopping any medicine.
