Intriguing: When you eat, do you mean when you chew? When you swallow? or when you use your hand to get the food into your mouth? And are you left or right handed? And how far up the arm does it start? Is it a shooting pain, an ache, or dull burning pain? So, you see, your question is very complex for a simple answer.
