I am experiencing neck strain. had x ray. loss curvature. taking relafin and norfolk. getting mri. any thought on how to regain curvature?

Loss of curvature: is generally not, in and of itself, a primary abnormality. Rather, it is usually a response to regional muscle spasm or strain. So, when the neck muscle strain resolves, the curvature will likely return to normal.
