LPRD: Lprd, also know as laryngopharyngeal reflux disease is a very likely diagnosis in this situation. Lprd refers to retrograde flow of gastric contents into the voice box region. This presents as "pressure" in the throat. See ENT for office scope to confirm diagnosis. (if any of the thyroid nodules are larger than 1 cm, then you should see a specialist to consider a fna biopsy of the thyroid.
