Unfortunately you: did not indicate the dose of the tylenol or the dose of the acetaminophen. You should avoid taking more than 4 grams in 24 hours. In addition, tramadol is not safe to take when pregnant and poses a significant risk to the fetus. You need to discuss your use of medications during pregnancy with your Ob/Gyn.
