I have chronic pain & take 650mg tylenol (acetaminophen) er t.i.d. 50mg tramadol t.i.d. and 600 mg t.i.d. & had approx 7 beers and 4 shots tequila at a party, am i ok?

Not a good idea: To do that much pain meds with that alcohol. Keep to no more than 2 drinks, with plenty of water clear out afterwards. You might ask your doc about using extended release tramadol. If you have chronic pain, every time u have to take a pill you are thinking about it. You can do 2 x 200mg er tramadol daily, then you won't need as much breakthrough. Would do Meloxicam 15mg daily, and reduce apap.
