Tramadol & tylenol (acetaminophen): Yes, it is safe, and it even makes sense. Both medications are analgesics, but they work by different mechanisms, thus their effects should be additive. You could also add Ibuprofen to the mix, since it is also an analgesic with a different mechanism.
