I would not: combine Zoloft (sertraline) with Tramadol (increased risk of serotonergic syndrome combining the two medications) and would never take more than 50 mg of Tramadol at a time (increased risk of seizures especially when combined with the Zoloft (sertraline) which also lowers the seizure threshold). Now with regard to pain...what is the cause of the pain ? (neuropathic, nociceptive, headache etc...it matters)
