You need: to discuss this issue with the Health Care Provider who prescribed this medication ....as soon as practicable. You should not just "accept the "early awakening since it is a clinical indicator for DEPRESSION! Hope this helps Dr Z

Early morning awaken: Studies show early morning awakening may be a sign of clinical depression. For the best sleep, go to sleep at the same time every day and try to stop looking at electronics at least 15-30 min before bedtime. Talk to your MD about your awakening and consider making the most of the early morning if thats what your body wants to do. Wake up and enjoy your day. I hope you feel better.
