Can atypical psychotics not cause weight gain? i take 5mg zyprexa for sleep weight massive told to try atypical i used to take geodon (ziprasidone) didn't gain much

Atypicals: Abilify (aripiprazole) is an atypical tranquilizer that does not cause very much weight gain -certainly not like Zyprexa. You can get something called akathisia (inability to sit still) as a side effect to Abilify (aripiprazole) though.
