Takes time: How much dose? Why your doctor first prescribed? Did you stop as per doctor advise or just own your own? Different reasons for sleep issues. Because of medication or just not using sleep hygiene.? Would encourage to see doctor and raise your concerns. Natural sleep does come back however, takes a while. Eat healthy food. Adapt sleep hygiene. Best wishes.
