Tia vs temporal art: This could be a transient ischemic attack or a TIA. or alternatively, temporal artertitis , an inflammation of the temporal artery can also present with blindess and headaches, The latter can respond to steroids . In any case, these are serious symptoms which warrant emergency evaluation
